 The position is called: Headstart - Graduate Development  Programme. You are expected to have an Upper Second class degree or get a  minimum GPA 3.0.

You must have the ability to analyse problems logically and quickly; possess  excellent communication skills; ability to adapt to new situations and  circumstances; a confident and ambitious approach to the working environment;  geographical (workplace) flexibility.

If you have some previous work experience (eg internship), that will be  great.
