Main Aba Brewery interface with NEPA and NITEL. Fork lift truck fleet maintenance through outsourced contract Standby generator operations and maintenance through outsourced contract. Brewery building, domestic, electrical and other non-core maintenance through outsourced contract. Preventive maintenance planning, progressing and reporting. Key Outputs: 100% electric power availability either through NEPA or standby generator World-class facilities maintenance measured in terms of quality of facilities and response time to request. Planned preventive maintenance system. Planned preventive maintenance carried out to programme. Compliance with Statutory Guinness Nigeria and Diageo standards on all engineering systems in the brewery. The Person: - Qualification Good Electrical Engineering Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering. High computer literacy NSE and/or COREN preferred. Experience3 years industrial experience in FMCG industry. Generate, issue and review maintenance Plans for all Plants in the brewery. Develop maintenance strategy and procedures according to industry best practice and WCM in response to plant performance and failures. Collate, review and report all maintenance KPIs. Key Outputs: Responsible for optimum use of MAXIMO as a handy maintenance tool Manage routine PM activities by Raising work ordersPlanning Resources Manage spares availability Reporting against KPIs Run reports on specified modules.Tracking of all maintenance activities and benchmark against agreed KPIs. Ensuring all new assets have planned maintenance schedules in GNPLC ISO format and that schedules are loaded in CMMS. Identify training needs and carry out training on Best maintenance practice and Maximo Functionality skill gaps. Facilitate the development of RCM and TPM based tasks for plant subject to BOP process. Drive implementation of industry best practice e.g. introduction of Infrared thermograph Vibration monitoring etc. Facilitate FMEA MSG3 and 5-why problem solving techniques to departmental engineers and staff.
